Yeah, Im putting an offer on a house and need an inspection.

The property is a split level single family home, 1850sqft, built in 1979.

Located in Vancouver, WA


Anyhow, I have .22lr, .223 ammo AR Receivers (complete and not)
I also have a wood gun cabinet, maybe a Marlin 60...

But I also have cash and would like to give the business to a fellow NWFAer, so if you are certified as an inspector in WA and are interested let me know!
