Both are brand new never used. I bought these for my fx9, but I was unaware that it's illegal for my gun to have a regular stock that's not considered a "brace"! I know silly rule in my opinion, but I unfortunately can't use these now. I thought about returning them but they want a lot in return shipping fees! I paid about $85 or so with shipping I believe. Willing to sell for $70. The set will be here this week (week of April 12th).
