So I'm getting a new sling plate, it's the Magpul ASAP. The current sling plate is cheap and my single point sling doesn't like it. Also I had to grind the top a little because it was not stamped out even and the charging handle was rubbing on it.

The fit between the upper and lower is good but it's a little loose, so I had to get an accu-wendge, now it's 95% fixed. There is still a tinny tinny bit of movement but it's not a problem at all.

Haven't shot it yet and in the future I plan on getting the Magpul K2 pistol grip. Also I would like to get a Bushnell TRS-25. I went over my budget by $200 or so, but at least I have upgraded parts in this pistol.

came together very nice ! Let us know how it shoots.

i wouldn't worry about wrist braces and such, when you shoot it you'll find that it will "shoulder" quite comfortably with just the buffer tube.

mine...

it doesn't get shot as much as it used to since most ranges don't seem to allow rifle calibre pistols any more

So since I'm lazy, what brand is the front door hook, lol?
I'm gunna try the Mako mag well handle on my pistol project and probably ,at least try the angle grips. I wasn't liking the mag pull that much.
Oh and I'll have the Troy alpha hand guard on it to keep it slim as possible

Here's an idea,my buddy took one of those closet rod holders? The plastic disks you put the dowel in?
He sewed it into his vest to place the buffer tube against. I don't wear the vests but I believe you do Biggie?
Just a thought.

With the rubber end cap, it feels nice and stays on my shoulder nice too. I know what you mean, I've thought about that plastic disk cup thing you're talking about before too.

That's a really good idea.

The RR buffer is a little longer than say the Phase 5. That and a walker bumper does the trick. Only PITA is getting a good cheek on it. I haven't paracorded mine like yours. May look for a foam pad or something to get a better cheek-well. Is yours a bit better with the para? How many times did you wrap it?

How is the muzzle blast on the shorty (7.5"?) with that brake?

Awesome pistol BTW!
