AR hand guard ?

Can someone recommend me a lightweight rifle length hand guard that will work with a triangle end cap? I don't like the standard ones that came on my upper as my hand is rather small. Here's what I have now and want to replace. I think these are a little over 12"

You have an oversized A2 handguard (that's not standard) these came out due to the popularity of the M4 carbine handguard. I have a set of standard-sized A2 for $20

Magpul SL or A*B Arms for drop-in. Both do away with the front cap so no worries about that.

Tight fit up around the FSP. I've used both (in mid length) and almost hated to replace with free-float tubes... yeah, I did it anyway.
An A*B is still on my carbine.

I may have spoken too soon... I don't think it comes in rifle-length and the instructions for the carbine length SL says you need the round end cap.
If I was home (and not relying on my faulty memory) I'd take a look.
