is this a billet lower or a composit lower ? and how complete is this > triger assembly ? buffer tube with spring ?

This is a complete lower. Just drop your upper on, load one of the 2 mags and go.

CMMG Trigger group is installed and verified functioning. Anderson receivers are all aluminum machined and are one of the better quality ones (Fit and finish is better than my Rock River).

6 position stock/tube/buffer/Spring is a Rock River Arms set.
