AR buffer question

I will be changing my 6 pos M4 stock for one of the ACE Skeleton stocks that uses an A2 buffer tube. Question is do I need to get an A2 buffer? or can I use my current buffer that came with the 6 pos stock? I assume I will need to change the spring because of the longer buffer tube length.
I have a 16'' carbine length gas system if that means anything.

I just did the same swap on one of my xtra lowers.
Had to get a A2 buffer and spring to swap in.
Think it cost me 19.00 for both pieces at the last PDX show.

I thought so as there is ARFX kits that come with the A2 buffer and spring.

I have that same stock on one of my ARs. I had to buy the rifle buffer, tube and spring to put it on.

I "think" the buffer tube for the A1 and A2 is the same if that helps with parts hunting. ??

I am not parts hunting I am ordering an ACE skeleton stock package and I had the option to not order the tube, buffer and spring.
