Comes with everything needed to shoot 9mm from a standard lower.
Includes basic charging handle and cheapo backup irons.
This setup does have last round bolt hold open.
Magwell adapter pushes into magwell from bottom, then held in by top adjustment screw and 2 set screws near bottom front.
Setup worked reliably for me after an initial break in period.

I bought from Ground Zero Precision last year during one of their promo deals.
Maybe 200 rounds through the upper.
I'm re purposing the lower this was on, just didn't dig shooting 9mm from an AR as much as I'd thought I would.

I'm in Lacey but can meet up in Beaverton OR or in between 3-4 times per month.
Could also meet in Tacoma on weekends.
