    Yes it was a embankment about 70' tall. There was no chance of a fire over. I spent 6yrs in the army and would not allow it.

    Whatever, if he's just having fun and it's a safe embankment.

    I would never do that, and wouldn't put up with anybody doing it if they were shooting anywhere remotely near me/within visual range. Otherwise, feel free. He just looks unsafe.
