New lower, with Windham l.p.k, midwest buffer tube assy, unfired. upper assy has been went through recently, unsure of mfg, 16" barrel, adjustable gas block, all magpul furniture, cheap scope with holo sight.chambered in 5.56/223. Also have a used complete New Frontier polymer lower to go with it all, and a 5rd and 40rd mag.
