Who's the manufacture?

I'm not sure who the manufacture is. They appear to be very clean and i put one on one of my lowers and they match up great.

The mark is Anchor Harvey Aluminum's. They forged the piece, but now ya gotta figure out who machined it. No other marks on it?

if so they are 7076 or what ever it is and gtg.

I have no idea. They do not have any scratches or marks anywhere. The rail does not have any t marks either.
