This is the Texas ak designs / Magnolia state armory magazine adapter for saiga .223 rifles. It allows you to use ar-15 mags in your saiga. I decided to just convert my saiga to galil mags instead. It has never been installed but has some scrapes in the paint or whatever they coat them in.
