AR-15 80% Lower Build Parties

Can I come over and mill out some lowerz?

I spoke to an investigator in the NFA section in VA yesterday & he verified I can use an existing lower but must also engrave my Trust info on it somewhere. I forgot to ask him but can I just use the s/n of the existing lower on my Form 1 or do I need to create a new, unique number? I'd call him back but he was rather jerk'ish. I prolly didn't like him because I hate those dumb little people who have egos larger then mine.

KustomT Did the engraving. I think his screen name here is something like laserman. These where less than $50 each to do a graphic, serial number and fire control markings
