This is a top quality build. The lower is all factory as is the upper. I'd like to sell the rifle complete but am willing to part it out.
The upper is a Noveske AR-15 N4 Light Recce VIS A3 Flat-Top Upper Assembly 5.56x45mm NATO 1 in 7" Twist 16" Barrel Chrome Lined Chrome Moly Matte with Vltor VIS Monolithic Upper/Quad Rail Handguard, AAC Flash Hider

The lower is a POF USA P-415 billet lower Gen 1 with Magpul MIAD grip and Magpul ACS stock.

I'd like $1450 for the complete rifle. Trades will be considered if traded for the complete rifle. Interested in Sigs, glocks, AKs, or Noveske components.
