Appeals Court Sets Date for Arguments in Seattle Gun Tax Lawsuit


The Washington State Court of Appeals has advised attorneys representing plaintiffs in the lawsuit challenging Seattle's so-called "gun violence tax" on firearms and ammunition that oral arguments in their appeal will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 9:30 a.m. in Division One, located in Seattle.
