Looked in to it but it sounds a little too fishie.... Important to note that it is not insurance (as stated on their FAQ it's a "service membership"), they just provide legal representation for you "IF" you need them. Also what states can they provide legal representation for you in? What about loss wages and others fees that may pop up?

All plans and services have pro and cons. I like CCW safe because you can defend yourself with other items besides firearms and still have legal representation. They cover criminal and civil trials. The literature on the CCW site is not deceiving. It is straight forward about what they provide. The consumer just needs to review and take one more step before purchasing.
I believe they have a couple of DGU cases pending on the east coast. I am interested in the results.
