Anyone Using Accumounts Scope Bases on Mauser

Is anyone using Accumounts scope bases on a military surplus rifles? I got one for my Yugo M48 Mauser 3 weeks ago. The base was all tight for about 200 rounds, but this evening it came off. Two pivotal screws that hold it got loose. The two pivotal holes inside the base have striped treads and the two screws can't get tight anymore. Since I am am sending back this base for refund, does anyone know a similar product that is better made. From the beginning I was not happy with this base, but I wanted it to work, and it did for few shooting sessions. Machining is not accurate as it should be for scope mounts.
