So- Mine has SPLD on it, but also says made in China. I know it is an old gun. But is it original with Made in China?
Also- Im considering selling it. Have any idea what the value is?

Does your rifle have similar markings to these?

    M-14S .308
    IDE USA SPLD MICH.
    POLYTECH CHINA 09456
MADE IN CHINA (offset on rear of receiver)

    * - Has Real Flash Hider and Bayonet Lug

    M-14S .308
    IDE USA SPLD MICH.
    POLYTECH CHINA 25019
MADE IN CHINA (offset on rear of receiver)

according to some quick reading I did the value would be somewhere around 500.00-600.00 if it is like this.

    Thanks for the tips !
Ive been shooting with it for about 10 years. Not alot. I noticed it started shooting high and I cant lower the sights enough to get it accurate. Its twilight Zone Sh*t. Any experience with an issue like that ?
It was always pretty dead on until this year.
