Anyone identify this M1 Carbine stock?

So, I had a passing wacky idea of acquiring an Iver Johnson Enforcer and Form 1/SBRing it. It made it passed the brain fart stage, but I can't believe what those are going for now, so shelved it for now. And I'm not going to bother with the Universal variant; both because they are butt ugly and I've read enough about them to take pause.

However, in my travels, I came across this:



It looks like an M1 Carbine and an MP-40's illegitimated love child. Be that as it may, anyone know who made the stock or if it was a one off someone built? Just curious. Thanks!

First I heard of them, though I remember Le Mag used to make semi-auto M1 Carbines in .45 Winchester Magnum and .50Æ.

They are neat looking. Though according to the Intratubes, $99 in 1963 is $885.07 now.

Always wanted a .22 Spitfire version - .30 Carbine necked to .224. With a 40gr it could reach 3,000 per. Probably 100-200 fps more with modern powders.

I have the 10/22 and mini14 version of this stock. Trying to track down the m1 carbine version. They all get a little bend in the same spot but are very cool 80s stocks.
