Anyone have long term experience with AK Tech-sights?

I actually watched video about those. You gain everything over stock rear sight, but biggest problem is the field stripping is going to be pain in the butt.

I'd like to hear from an owner on the field stripping. Seems to me it shouldn't be so bad to strip as long as the sight fits into the slot without binding. All it should take is to depress the two sprung pins on the sides, remove the dust cover and slide the sight forward. Stil sounds much easier than a lot of other rifles. I wish I could keep my telescopic guide rod with it, tho. You have to use the wire type with the Tech-sight.
