Anyone have any experience with 550 magnum?

Looking to build a 550 magnum rifle off a Weatherby or savage 111-112 action the .338 lapua action savage makes.
questions I have are:
has anyone make the brass from 460 Weatherby? if so what was the best way you found to do it?
what molds for cast bullets do you recommend? or other pre made bullets
what barrel length and profile do you recommend?
I am on a large bore kick at the moment, so any other big bore calibers that you have played with would be good to know how they stack up to the 550
say how does the 460 wby or any other heavy hitters compare.
