Anyone familiar with refrigeration / appliance repair?

Refrigeration has always been a weak spot for me. No idea where to start

My fridge is dying and I want to try to save it.

Its a Frigidaire Gallery side by side, no more than 10yrs old.

I have the refrigerator side maintaining 40 degrees but the freezer is showing 45 degrees and an alarm goes off every 10 minutes.

Dont understand how the refer side can be cooler than the freezer? I though all cooling originated in the freezer?


Anyhow, got any suggestions on where to start? Maybe some relays or something?

Freezer isnt over packed, door seal is fine.
