Have many boxes of this and I'm wondering what it is. What does the "FR" denote? Is it safe to shoot in my bolt action .308? Thanks in advance.

FR is Fábrica do Realengo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The first pic is fuzzy, is this a better example of it?

Probably work just fine in a bolt. I'd be hesitant to run it in an autoloader though.

autoloaders are more finicky about about load and some 7.62x51 vary considerably from both place and era of manufacture. This stuff isnt even marked NATO spec as it would have the cross with a circle on the headstamp.
