I'm also OCD about storing my brass.

A bin for fired 9mm, and another bin for deprimed and cleaned (tumbled) 9mm.
A bin for fired large primer 45ACP. Another for small primer 45ACP. Another bin for cleaned, deprimed large primer 45ACP and another for cleaned deprimed small primer 45ACP.
For .223 Rem I have separate bins for number of firings. Both with reloads (for plinking) and brass.
 
Yup, I keep the "totes" of ammo stocked with moisture absorbent as well. I have a clip-board with caliber, amount and location on the wall next to the safe. twice a year I re-inventory to ensure proper counts but to rotate the stock. :D
