Its pretty strange.
I just wanted to know if anyone could determine the source.
The headline that took me there was......
"2014, Americas last year of freedom"
Kind of gave me the creeps.

I have a hunch its russian origin, but the whois shows ca ???

I wouldn't visit it. And suggest removing the link.

There are no viruses there at this time.
I scanned it well. The FTP port doesnt matter except things can be loaded there if open, but nothing detectable there now. i would not recommend logging into any ftp port you do not know.
What is the source for that information? Curious. It just looks like a very poorly built website.
Look at the source code. Its crap.
