Anyone carry a backup Magpul 9mm Glock 21 round mag?

I wouldn't carry anything more than law enforcement carries on average.

I've read about guys being crucified in self defense situations because of things like 33 rd backup mags

Link? Just trying to make sure it's not internet folklore with the "I've heard, from my cousins neighbors barber's mechanic's baby sitter" type deal.

If it were true, people would get hemmed up for using an AR or AK for defense and it happens all the time. If it's legal, it's legal...if the shoot is bad, it doesn't matter if you have a snub nose with 2 rounds of snake shot in it...
