I just bought an S&J Customs Micro Mount for an Open Glock project of mine. I opened the package and immediately decided that it is more involved than my current tools will allow.
Installation involves:
-Drilling 2 holes in frame (easy)
-Inletting the inside of the holes to allow a flange to fit flush (this is the part I am flummoxed by)
-Drilling out the threads of an aluminum threaded hole (easy)
-90-degree countersink in aluminum in 2 places (maybe a Dremel grinding stone?)
Anybody have any thoughts?
