I think a lot of it comes down to money.
I agree. whenever I put a gun up for sale I always include trade offers welcomed - as I do with anything I sell. Ya never know what someone might be willing to give up - and it could be worth much more than the item I am selling.I think a lot of it comes down to money.
This is NOT that bad (kinda tasteful actually) - there is MUCH worse out there. Take a look at some of the Henry 'Tribute' rifles. Hey Some of the Winchester Commemoratives were a bit 'gaudy' but nothing like some of them!I doubt anyone wants something this hideous...
And who could forget the Ruger Canoe Paddles? This is NOT that bad (kinda tasteful actually) - there is MUCH worse out there. Take a look at some of the Henry 'Tribute' rifles. Hey Some of the Winchester Commemoratives were a bit 'gaudy' but nothing like some of them!
BTW, there are a ton of folks here who are only members for the classifieds and don't hang out in the discussion threads, so many are not "up to speed" on what's going on with adds!
Lastly, might seriously consider becoming a supporting member as it not only helps keep this sight running, which provides you a place to sell, but it also affords the benefits of bumping your adds more often, and gives other preferences! Have a look at the supporting member benefits and see how that can help you!
I was trying to sell my pickup on cl a ways back and some dude wanted to trade me beef for it.I'm a member of many gun sites and I've never seen as many people always looking to offer a trade on a gun for sale as this site. Is this a regional thing, socioeconomic thing, or something else? Just curious.
