Back in olden times, fellas like Harry M. Pope would load at the range since they used the same piece of brass like 40,000 times. Of course, they'd use a measure, leaving the scales at home.

I do my load dev for cast at the bp/silh range. Have chatted with the range officers and all good. I do all my powder handling away from the bench, and keep things safe. If you have questions, can email the queen bee of the safety officers. She's good folk... and will answer questions promptly.
