Well, I imagine it's funny up to the point where it affects your desire to make a lawful living. Could be expensive though to fight city hall, may be cheaper to move.

I ran into this same sort of nonsense where I used to live; city would not allow me to do what I've done for the last 30 years; program computers from my desk at home as long as home was an apartment, unless apartment said I could run a business from apartment. Apartment said no because then they'd have to let drug dealers run business as well. Total BS, glad I'm out that there.

Being treated in the same fashion as a drug dealer really ticked me off. Rant off.
