You'll find a couple places West of Clatskanie off Hwy 30 in the Clatsop State Forest (managed by Ore Dept of Forestry). The GPS to those locations are on the Home page of Trash No Land. Just zoom in to Clatskanie and you'll see the shooter icons.

One is Hunt Creek Rock Pit and further Southwest, on the 202, is Simmons Ridge Quarry plus another spot near there. Now, I haven't been there yet so I'm not sure what you'll find, however, a TNL supporter tipped me off about them and we may be doing some cleanup work there this year. So, report back on the conditions if you go and post up some pics (I'd like to put pics on the map and do a better description of the site).

Besides that, hook up with me sometime and we'll plan some stewardship awareness activities up there.

Take the ferry across and shoot just west of Cathlamet. Keep going up Germany creek until it hits logging land.
