My dad has a .50 theres a couple spots down here in the south valley where we have 1100yds to shoot.

Not exactly close to you but English Pit in Vancouver will let you shoot .50 and you can even use your own ammo and reloads. $16.50 per adult about $3 for non shooting observers.
