I saw those on TV, I was also wondering about them. I bought one of the coiled hoses, kind of like the air hoses in the tire shops, that was not a great deal. The thing would tangle up and it took longer to straighten out than coiling or cranking in a regular hose.

I hear the sound of money being flushed!

I've tried many of those styles of collapsible, coily, bungee hoses when I had a camper. None of them were worth a rabbit turd.

Yes, but have you tried the new exciting, expanding X HOSE!!!???

I saw one of these yesterday at one of my accounts, in a ceramic planter like on the ad. I fondled it, gotta' admit it was pretty cool. I have a hell of a time finding a hose to water my deck plants that isn't a PIA. Curly, kinky, stiff pieces of crap, even the $19.99 white hoses for RV use go bad in on season. At $20.00 +S&H I think I'll still pass. Maybe next year if people are still using them.

I prefer the "flat hose" that reels up like a 100' tape measure. Made out of the same stuff fire hoses are made of.
