Guess you could say I'm a socialist. Looking for a left leaning shop(s) somewhere in Oregon. Anything like that around?

Or places to shoot that draw in fellow left leaning gun owners.

Fact is, if you're pro 2A and keep conversation in that field, you'll get along fine at most ranges and most gun shops.

Be careful for what you wish for...

I've learned to get along with most anybody I meet at ranges/shops despite my "differing" opinions. However, there will always be those who seem to steer the conversation to topics that aren't welcome. You'll also meet people that give you the creeps (I had a fella confess that he would shoot a "libtard" on sight... needless to say I kept quiet). For the most part I've never really cared how a shop or range leaned but I've learned a lot from the good folks I've met at them (and ignored the nasty ones).

Nothing worse than someone who wants to tell you what your political beliefs should be when all you want to do is enjoy range time

The only left leaning gun owner I know shot himself in the left leg while hunting years back and it never healed right.
I know a few. My WW2 veteran grandfather, my Vietnam vet father and uncle, Korean War vet uncle, a few Afghanistan vet buddies, and a few who teach safety courses. Funnily enough, my "left leaning" and very proficient/safe uncle was shot during pheasant season by a right winger because apparently pheasants wear blaze orange caps and vests.

I also know of a few good old boys back home that were drunk and pointing shotguns at each other for... fun. The one who was shot lost 15 feet of intestine. I myself have never had a N.D. and routinely find myself the least scary individual at the public range. But hey, I must suck because of my political leanings and the lack of NRA stickers on my truck's rear window.

I've never bothered with asking or telling anyone how I feel about politics at the range just won't go there I got business to handle usually doing initial site in stuff or checking zero in a controlled setting. But sometimes I'll make small talk ask the guy or girl next to me what they shooting if it looks cool to me that's as far as I'll go.

HUH? the small intestine is 9.84' to 34.4' the large intestine is about 5' long

You might check out The Liberal Gun Club. I personally don't know anything about them other than they say they represent left of center gun owners. One of the ranges I belonged to had a Democrat as the president for several years. Didn't care in that we shared the love of shooting and he was pro 2A. You are likely going to have a difficult time finding small businesses and ranges in this industry because the politics of the far left would basically like to shut them down. True left of center liberals can still support individual rights such as 2A and thoughtfully discuss political differences; I suspect you fall into this category as you are here and asking a thoughtful question.

Although you might not find left leaning businesses, I hope you find ones run by open minded, respectful individuals.

This is just about the dumbest, "click-baitiest" thread ever started on this forum….

Good thing there's an "ignore thread" button up top so my "new posts" feed isn't cluttered up with additional ignorant dumbness…..

BTW- HTF do you "typo" 50' from 15' of intestines? It must be that same "typo math" used to fund all those government programs certain types around here keep clamoring for….

Not choosing a dog in this particular fight.

I just googled "Christian weed store " and got a few results. So I reckon that a store like "Chairman Mauser " isn't all that far fetched.

"Red Oktober Rifles "?
"People's Republic Pistols "?
"Seize the means of production by engaging in filthy capitalism gun store "?

Not making fun, I promise.
Just having fun.
