I know that some ranges prohibit certain types of ammo. Is this typically a concern when firing surplus ammo?

    This works at DRRC generally.
Is the bullet a tracer? bad.
Does the (non tracer) bullet pass through paper target, then impact a dirt bank (berm)? good.
Does the bullet crater your own steel target? good.
Does the bullet crater club's steel target? bad.

If you would like to know - Armor Piercing Ammunition was outlawed some time in the 1980s, if my rememberer still works right. Teflon coatings also were eliminated. If the tip of the bullet has a color code look it up.
