Any good AK-47 gunsmiths in the Seattle/Puget Sound area?

This question was posted by Seattle206 a few years ago, but his mail box is full so my message to him could not be delivered.

I am looking for a Puget Sound gunsmith who is competent when working on AK firearms. I have a Romanian SAR-2 that was purchased during the "ban" so it came neutered: no threaded barrel for muzzle devices. I have the correct gas block/front sight and would like a competent AK smith to install it. The next round of local and national leaders might reinstate a ban on firearms with this feature 'cause it makes the gun more deadly in their dinosaur sized brains.

Recommendations please.

I know a couple of folks who do builds as a hobby, but no professional AK gunsmiths...

Those are both pretty simple operations. Can't you do that yourself?
