Any float tubers in Central Oregon ???

I live in Redmond and am getting back into float tubing after a layoff of nearly 30 years . Boy has the equipment improved since then . Looking to find someone to buddy up with and have some fishing fun . I fish for pretty much anything that swims but must admit the warm water fish rock my world abit more that the trout . I am talking about a kick boat here and not a pontoon boat so no moving water , just lakes, reservoirs and ponds . I am a very good fisherman but never got the fly fishing habit .
