Any AR Lower

I guess im doing this at the wrong time based on prices, but one of my 2013 goals is to build an AR.

Im looking for a lower reciever, bare or with some parts, but the cheaper the better. Scratched, I dont care, as long as it funtions, looks dont matter.

I have a 8mm mauser 24/47 id trade depending on the lower, cash, combination of mauser and cash for the right trade.

Im not looking for name brand, or mega parts, I just want a bare bones AR since i plan on tricking it out myself, but I wouldnt mind a buffer tube, spring, trigger ect if you have it as far as the right trade.
