They can't even run a halfway decent honey potWhy do we even need the FBI to mess things up?
Male frontal lobes aren't fully developed until 30+, it explains a lot...My wife, who taught middle school for 34 years says that, more than anyone, teenage boys are filled with angst and rage. They simply cannot handle their emotions when things get rough for them. Used to be if a guy was angry he'd beat someone up. Now, a gun comes into play.

It's just more of the same ole, same ole. The Biden/Harris DoJ strike again…Well.....start the lawsuits aginst the FBI.

Yup.So...
Once again parents and law enforcement had PLENTY of visibility to this potential problem and...once again...they still totally and completely failed to prevent it from happening.
- The kid was known and contacted by law enforcement a year earlier for making threats of shooting up a school
- Somehow even with the previous contact by law enforcement, a 14 year old was still able to obtain an AR platform (according to the news) rifle. We don't know how he got the rifle yet but it's a pretty safe assumption that his parents failed to properly secure the weapon...even with the previous contact by law enforcement
- There was a phone call to law enforcement earlier in the day saying that five schools would be shot up and Apalachee High School was going to be first
So because of this, they will now come after my gun rights...again.
Do I have this about right?
As a side note, there's a real good chance that Mom and Dad will end up in jail over this because that's the way these things have been going lately. This assumes, of course, that they were negligent in allowing the kid access and we don't have all the facts yet. But how the hell does a 14 year old get his hands on an AR/AK otherwise?
Can be bought out on the street, if he had the finances. Next thing we'll hear is this is a so called "ghost gun".… how the hell does a 14 year old get his hands on an AR/AK otherwise?
Because it's not a mental health issue, nor a bad actor issue.... it's those dang guns that grow hands and feet out wreaking havoc... dontchaknow??
Its beyond baffling. Its like the world is living in two totally different realities, and not just the gun control subject. The complete disconnect is just baffling.
Almost certainly the parents or a family member have something to do with it, and of course the Democrats will argue for safe storage laws. This assumes, of course, that they were negligent in allowing the kid access and we don't have all the facts yet. What's funny? Some states already have safe storage laws and it still doesn't prevent determined children from gaining access to them.Almost certainly the parents or a family member have something to do with it, and of course the Democrats will argue for safe storage laws.
This is the other "reality" people live in. So the law they passed worked but they still want to control your freedoms and punish anyone who doesn't believe in their reality. What's funny? There was an incident where a minor stole a firearm from the home... that had a trigger lock on it... and the parents are still being sued because the prosecution claims that a trigger lock is nothing but a meaningless and flimsy token gimmick to satisfy the law, but wholly inadequate to meet the "safe storage" standard.
Short of no firearms in the home at all, there is no end to what they will deem as "insufficient".
