It now appears that the most violent gang present was wearing "SWAT" on their jackets. All the fatalities were the result of police shooting.

Send me the link to that if you have it. I want to show that to some friends.
I had wondered the % of those shot and who was responsible. I need to find the report on that one.
    Thanks

"one religious studies professor says Americans’ “proven inability to handle widespread gun ownership” means “many forms of gun ownership” should be outlawed — and then the government should confiscate firearms deemed illegal."

One religious studies professor has proven his inability to use simple logic and this means free speech should be outlawed — and then the government should imprison anyone who says anything stupid.

Did it also state that that religious professor was also an anti Christian professor ??
    Anti American Professor ?
    A Marxist Professor?
    A Communist Mentored Professor?
    A Muslim ?
So what is the real background of this intellectual fungus ?

    Here you go:
    • Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, died of gunshot wounds of the head and trunk.
    • Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, died of gunshot wounds to the neck.
    • Richard Vincent Kirshner, Jr., 47, died of gunshot wounds but the report did not specify where he was shot.
    • Richard Matthew Jordan, III, 31, died of gunshot wounds to the head.
    • Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, died of gunshot wounds to the head and trunk.
    • Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, died of gunshot wounds to the head.
    • Matthew Mark Smith, 27, died of gunshot wounds to the trunk
    • Manuel Issac Rodriguez, 40, died of gunshot wounds but the report did not specify where he was shot.
    • And Charles Wayne Russell, 46, died of gunshot wounds to the chest.
Reporting now indicating that all deceased were killed by police gunfire. Reporting now indicating 27 people shot by police, 8 still in hospital. Reporting lowers weapons confiscated to less than 50, mostly pocket knives, chains (attached to wallets?), nail clippers, one padlock and firearms (CCP fired or unfired?).

From the outset the police description of events at the Twin Peaks (Waco) Gang Shooting seemed oddly self-serving, super efficient/fast, and unusually specific for a mass casualty event outlined in under 3 hours. It was *as if* they wanted to get out ahead of something.

Don't know if anyone cares anymore, seemed like alot of "they're just drug dealing scum taking care of the problem for us" attitude but here's a summary of the autopsies. I got this information from agingrebel.com, he seems to get some good information about some things that most folks don't blink twice at.

Daniel Raymond Boyett died of a two gunshot wounds to the head. Both were made by copper jacketed bullets. One of the head shot was on top of the head and the other was to the back of the head. “Additional copper jacket and lead fragments” were recovered. “The direction of the bullet” was “downward, right to left and back to front.” The fatal shot left “a round, 1/4 inch in diameter gunshot wound. Entrance is on the left temporal scalp, 3 inches below the top of the head.” Boyett also had contusions and abrasions that appear to indicate that had had been in a fight. The autopsy also describes a deep graze bullet wound on the left side of his abdomen. All three wounds appear to have been made with copper jacketed bullets. There is no evidence that the bullets were fired at close range.
Someone tried to save Jacob Lee Rhyne’s life. He had bruising consistent with efforts to resuscitate him. He was shot in the neck and the back by copper jacketed bullets. He was also shot in the lower abdomen. The abdominal wound also came from a copper jacket bullet, His fatal wounds were not fired from close range.
Charles Wayne Russell was shot once in about the middle of his chest by “a medium caliber, minimally deformed. copper jacketed…The base of the bullet is inscribed “15-08020” over “JU.”
Manuel Issac Rodriguez was shot twice, over the right eyebrow and the back. He appears not to have been shot at close range. He was shot with “apparent medium caliber, jacketed” bullets.
Matthew Mark Smith was shot in the back from a distance with a “markedly deformed, medium-caliber, jacketed projectile.” He was also shot in the abdomen.
Richard Matthew Jordan, II also died of a gunshot wound to the back of his head from a medium to large caliber, partially jacketed” bullet.
Richard Vincent Kirschner, Jr. died of three bullet wounds to his rear, lower extremities. He was also shot from a distance.
Jesus Delgado Rodriguez was shot in the face. A copper jacketed, slightly deforned, medium-caliber projectile” was recovered from his scalp. The base of the bullet was inscribed “with 15-8021 over CS.” He was also shot in the back.
Wayne Lee Campbell was shot in the face by a bullet that exited and reentered his chest.

The only thing this proves (maybe) is that some gun shot wounds can be fatal (ouch).

But, but, on CSI and NCIS and every other cop show, they can look at the projectile and know instantly, the make, model and year of the gun that fired the bullet!

What is the significance of the bullet jacket material?
What terminal ballistics causes a bullet exit the chest, then re-enter?
Noticed that a couple of bullets were labelled on their bases. ???
