Another DIY AR lower option?

This is a plywood lower with a safe harbor firearms 29" 50 BMG upper the lower was made with two pieces of ply wood a router and drill press in four hours .

if one were to use a high density laminate such as Pakawood one could mill-out a functional lower w/out buying a processed receiver

True... hell, my metal shop instructor in the '90s would have let me make a fully functional Ma Deuce in his shop as long as I didn't assemble it on school property.
