+1000%Just consider this dress rehearsal for the real SHTF....
As of yesterday afternoon traffic was a complete standstill from Ochoco Reservoir to Big Summit Prairie.went to Prineville reservoir State Park on Monday to check out some camp spots and the park wasn't even full.
Wickiup Junction was pretty calm yesterday afternoon when I got home so we are suspecting the worst is from Bend and all points North! This whole "solar apocalypse" is a farking nightmare!
Walk softly and carry an extra mag or two...I think watching what people do is going to be more interesting than the eclipse itself.
Headed to the beach on Sat. Hope Monday doesn't make traffic much worse then usual.
We are all set for a short while though and other then during the eclipse on side streets, I don't think we will see a staggering traffic event like further south.
I'm staying home. Took the day off work and will watch it from my driveway with the wife.
There's no place like home...I'm staying home. Took the day off work and will watch it from my driveway with the wife.
Maybe she plans on swooping in on her dragons and clearing the interstates?
....hope ya all got yer Eclipse thong all laundered & ready for the Big Event....
