How does the article linked to relate to your Subject line?

The article appears to be about the right to photograph in public being ignored and trampled by a few cops. While being upheld in the courts.

Granted being arrested for something that does not exist as a crime or infraction is very annoying. But I would think a couple well placed law suits would get some retraining going on in most police depts.

    1. What does this have to firearms?

    2. Most cops know that they can be legally filmed in public spaces, heck if i ever get my career started in law enforcement, i wouldnt care if a camera is on me... (its part of the job now days)
