..................And, the constitution is a "Living" document, subject to the needs and changes in society! Yea, Right! No where does it say any where that it is or can be modified, changed, or voided! There is but ONE way to change any part of it, and its nearly impossible to do!

Ever notice how anti-2A people LOVE to talk about how the Constitution can be changed... they always cite the amendment process and the amendments made subsequent to the first 10: voting rights, federal income tax, prohibition, repeal of prohibition, etc.

Yes, it can be amended... good luck on that. Why? Here's why...

First of all, ONLY THE FIRST 10 are known as the Bill of Rights. The other 17 are ancillary and subject to change. Anti-American-types oftentimes count ALL 27 amendments as equal in legal standing which is technically true, but effectively specious.

Second, the BoR has NEVER been changed or amended. They are non-negotiable and not subject to the whimsy of woke snowflakes because they are simply an affirmation of natural rights afforded to all free people.... all the woke-ness in the world doesn't change that. Protecting natural rights is job #1 of the government. Those enumerated rights are not granted by government, they can only be infringed by government.*

The founding fathers knew enough about the nature of men in power and wrote an AMAZING document to withstand those tyrannical tendencies and rebuff them from the jump.

Mistrust of government entities is healthy and demonstrably well-deserved. Anything less is willfully ignorant and, frankly, unAmerican. Yes, I just said that.

I guess we'll just pretend that all that unpleasantness of slavery, Jim Crow, KKK, and myriad civil rights abuses in the past and present don't have the D party seal of approval all over them.

Freedom is freedom... it can ONLY be "expanded" if it's been previously infringed upon by government.
