03A3 parade rifles are here and there on the market. Or you could stick a junk bolt in it that was welded up/unfireable. In any case, I wouldn't do it if it could be visible from the outside of the house. I assume you're picky about who is allowed inside.

Another idea might be to cruise pawn shops and gunsmiths for old "wall hangars"...they call them that for a reason.
