I'm very impressed with how the ASA has changed the perception of NFA items, perceptions regarding their legality, and addressing the misappropriations of tax stamp revenue.
Also it's great to hear that an E-Form for trust transfers is in the works. Trusts look to be the future of Title 2 firearm owners.
I hope they are doing this for Form 3's SOON, I waited 3 months on one last year and 2 months seems to be the norm. Hopefully individual transfers will get an E-From in the future, utilizing a system similar to getting a TWIC card (live scan fingerprints and photos), and removing the CLEO sign off.
