Plus gas and driving/waiting time..... Subtract all that and a lot of beat up old Saturday night special type guns just won't be worth the effort to mess with. People will hang on to them till they die now.Talked to a local dealer and if you want to sell a gun to someone useing this dealer it will cost you $45. Ten for the state and $35 for him.
In the meantime some of these cheap pieces won't necessarily have a spot in the safe where the better guns are kept.
More chance of getting stolen, misplaced etc...
