I ordered mine last spring after I found myself not linking the custom kydex holster I had. My order was somehow delivered to someone in Ohio. I emailed customer service with a screen shot from the USPS page. They immediately resent my order and I had it in two days.
Three weeks later I got another package in the mail - the original order.
I emailed again, told them what happened, and they said not to worry about it. So, yeah, I have two more holsters, still new in packaging.
I still need to do a shell exchange one of these days so the wife can have one.
