How many guns are ‘too many?’

Monday evening’s KCTS airing of Public Matters, Guns: Control, Safety and Rights, is already creating an interesting discussion among Northwest gun rights activists, one of whom raises an interesting question based on remarks from panelists on the program.

How many guns are ‘enough?' Gun control show replay airs

Tonight and again on Aug. 26 and 28, KCTS in Seattle and KYVE in Yakima will re-broadcast the eye-opening Public Matters program "Guns: Control, Safety and Rights" featuring Bellevue's Alan Gottlieb and this columnist.

Sadly it was predictably lop-sided.

You had the ceasefire guy, who represents a fringe minority opinion getting the vast majority of discussion time, lying through his teeth repeatedly. Kinda hard to make a point when the obvious goal was to make it look like there's a real debate. There isn't. The gun-banners are fast becoming completely irrelevant.

I wish Gotlieb had jumped all over Ceasfire's claim that CCW permit holders "don't stop shootings." That was a bald-faced lie. And to then put out there the idea of the wrong guy getting shot, something which really DOESN'T tend to happen, was just a joke.

God I hate the MSM (Including Fox). Nice try though. We certainly have to show up to these things, even though they are set-ups.

Why is there not a website dedicated to telling CCW hero stories that saves lives and protects citizens. With a collection of short stories it would be a great resource to sent those stores to eveyone when the anti gun tards start thier ramp up of lies. Afterall the lamestream media will never tell the truth about that. If thier already is one Share the link.
