Because Baldwin is a socialist Liberal & it's everyone's fault but his / The media / holly wood / & all those who support it he will not see one day in jail or any sort of punishment .

She was interviewed and cleared by the FBI. She was a protester, not a rioter. Never even came near the building, never did anything wrong. And yet,

The court documents allege that, rather than walk back his statements, Baldwin continued to label Roice an "insurrectionist" and "rioter" in subsequent comments engaging with critics.

Interesting thing about this lawsuit is the "infliction of emotional distress claim" rooted in a theory that Baldwin should have known that posting on social media would unleash the moron mob. That's a good argument and I hope it wins.

This is clearly a case of libel. Although she was cleared of any wrongdoing, Baldwin published the following:

"I don't think so. Your activities resulted in the unlawful destruction of government property, the death of a law enforcement officer, an assault on the certification of the presidential election," Baldwin replied. "I reposted your photo. Good luck."

This is guilt by association. By this logic, anyone who demonstrated in any fashion during the "fiery but mostly peaceful" ANTIFA/BLM riots of 2020/21 is responsible for any illegal activities which took place during that time, whether or not they actually committed a crime. The hypocrisy of leftists like Baldwin is almost beyond belief. It would be beyond belief, except that it is so often displayed.
