No idea on the year, No number visible on the stock
But I will give it another once over just in case.

In the 20 +\- years since I acquired mine, this is the first one I have seen for sale.

It is my understanding not many were imported.

If you factor out the ammo value, it is a darn good deal for such a rare bird!

Me again...you can tell what year it was made by looking at the receiver #'s below the bolt, there should be two #'s (70, 71, 78) after it. Also the # on the stock should be below the sling swivel on the stock....
